Transforming Societe Generale’s loan management platform for operational efficiency

Sociéte Generale loan management platform was part of a broader digital transformation initiative, yet the existing experience was complex and inefficient, slowing down credit approval processes and impacting operational performance.

To address this, I worked with the  team to redesign the Financing Platform, creating a modern and ergonomic experience that streamlines loan requests, accelerates validation workflows, and improves productivity for internal users.
