Reframing Digiposte as a trusted digital safe through UX-led product redesign

Digiposte, La Poste’s digital vault, offered secure document storage but struggled with user perception, usability, and engagement.

I led the redesign of both the mobile app and web platform to reposition the product as a trusted, accessible, and everyday tool, using UX research and iterative design to improve clarity, usability, and consistency across platforms.

Objectives

Reinforce trust and perception of security
Simplify access to key features and documents
Reposition the “coffre” as a central and valuable space
